Shipping policy

1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to:
[UK only / UK + EU / globally]

 

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within

·        24 -48 hours UK

·        1- 3 days EU
Tracking will be provided where available.

 

3. UK Shipping

Shipping within the UK takes approximately:
24-72 hours depending on service used

Shipping cost:
Included

 

4. International Shipping (Outside UK)

If shipping outside the UK, the customer is fully responsible for:

  • local customs charges
  • import duties
  • VAT or local tax assessments
  • handling fees assessed by their country
  • courier brokerage fees (if applicable)

We do not collect or pre-pay these charges at checkout.
These costs are not refundable.

 

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If the address provided by the customer is inaccurate or incomplete,
e-Comas S.a.r.l  is not responsible for failed delivery or additional fees.

 

6. Delivery Issues

If an order does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us at:
help@2tech.co.uk
within 5 of receipt or expected delivery date.

7. Failed Delivery / Refusal / Return-to-Sender

If the customer refuses to pay local taxes or accept the parcel and it is returned to us:

  • return shipping charges
  • re-import fees
  • customs charges

will be deducted from the final refund.
Alternatively, if the product is not returned, no refund will be issued.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms.
