REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

1. Eligibility for Return

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible, the product must be:

  • unused / original packaging / undamaged
  • include all accessories and components
  • proof of purchase from e-Comas S.a.r.l

2. Return Procedure

Please include:

  • order number
  • name
  • product
  • reason for return

We will provide return instructions.

 

3. Return Shipping

·        For unwanted or change-of-mind returns — shipping is payable by the customer.

·        For damaged, faulty, or defective products — return shipping is covered by the retailer.

If the product is faulty or damaged on arrival:
e-Comas S.a.r.l will cover return shipping costs.

 

4. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to:

Refund processing time:
1-3  business days after receipt (unless during holiday periods this could be longer)

 

 

 

5. Warranty

Lomi units include a manufacturer warranty provided by Pela.

We will assist in coordinating with the manufacturer if necessary.

 

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be granted when:

  • product is used
  • product is damaged by customer
  • returns made outside policy window
  • missing components or packaging
